Zara launches its online store in South Korea

Zara's online store opened today, 24th September, in South Korea. The Zara website, www.zara.com/kr, will offer online shoppers the same full range of merchandise for women, men and kids as that found in high street stores with the arrival of new products twice per week.

The www.zara.com/kr site is designed to offer an outstanding user-friendly shopping experience and works with all web browsers available in South Korea. Items sold online are priced the same as those found in Zara's stores, and customers can choose home delivery or have their purchases sent to a store of their choosing for pick up.

Zara in South Korea
Zara opened its first store in Korea in 2008.  South Korea is a major market for the brand where it now has 39 stores in big cities such as Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Kwangju.  In South Korea, the Inditex group operates a total of 58 stores under five of the group's brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius.

Zara online
Zara began selling its products online in 2010 in several European markets, following in the footsteps of Zara Home, which launched its online platform in 2007. Next came other major markets, such as the US, Japan, China and Canada. Today Zara's customers can shop online in 26 markets including South Korea.
